Last Updated: February 24th, 2022These Voice Cloning Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”) apply to your use of the Services to record and upload voice files for cloning, hosting and transmitting your Custom Voice (defined below) to you as part your membership and/or ownership of Voiceverse NFTs. These Terms are incorporated into the Terms of Serviceand any specific terms and conditions that may apply to your ownership or usage of the select Product or Service. Please read all of these terms and conditions carefully. Your access to and/or use of the Services constitutes your legally binding agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services. By using the Services, you agree to comply with these Terms and any additional terms and conditions that LOVO, Inc. (“LOVO”) provide to you. To use the Services, you must be 18 years of age or over. By using the Services, you represent that (a) you are 18 years of age or older and (b) your use of the Services does not violate any applicable law, rule or regulation that applies to you.

  1. Voice Recording. You may use the Services or your own voice recording application to make an audio file of your voice (your “Voice Content”), as determined and requested by LOVO. Voice audio file requirements can be found in the Service or will be conveyed via a written communication by LOVO.
  2. Voice Cloning. By delivering your Voice Content to LOVO, you hereby grant to LOVO a perpetual right to create (i.e., adapt, synthesize, and record) a master audio clone file of your Voice Content using the proprietary Service (such resulting audio file, the “Master Clone”).
  3. Service Plan. You hereby grant LOVO the right to use the Master Clone to create, record, host, transmit, and stream new synthesized audio files of your voice using the texts that you submit (“Custom Voice”). You may use the Custom Voice for the uses permitted by your chosen Product or Service provided by LOVO. LOVO will host the Master Clone and Custom Voice for use by you (and individuals and organizations designated by you) on the Service. LOVO will not make the Custom Voice available to anyone other than you or the individuals and organizations explicitly chosen by you without your explicit approval.
  4. LOVO Representations. LOVO shall use commercially reasonable efforts to create Custom Voice that faithfully represents your Voice Content, however, LOVO does not guarantee that you will be satisfied with the results.
  5. Your Representation. By uploading or emailing to LOVO your Voice Content, you represent that you are the speaker of the speaker of the Voice Content or have obtained permission from the true speaker. LOVO reserves the right at any time and by any means to confirm that you are in fact the speaker of the Voice Content or have permission from the true speaker. You also represent that you are not imitating the voice of any well-known person or personality.
  6. Deletion of Voice Content. You may request at any time that LOVO delete your Voice Content, Master Clone and the Custom Voice. To make such a request, click here.
